Accelerated Christian Education’s Learning To Read curriculum includes
individualized programs designed for a variety of learners and learning situations.
Choose the program you need from the following selections:
ABCs with Ace and Christi
ABCs with Ace and Christi is designed for children who have demonstrated their
reading readiness. This lively and entertaining phonetically-based program features
cartoon characters and includes songs, poems, displays, and character-building
activities.
Bible Reading
Bible Reading reinforces reading skills with Bible-based reading selections for Levels
2, 3, and 4. (In Level 1, the teacher reads to the students). Readings demonstrate
Christian principles and complement character-building activities included in ABCs with
Ace and Christi.
Readmaster® Computerized Reading Program
This computer-based program helps readers of all ages improve reading rate and
comprehension. Based on the Christian Character Series, the program lets students
actively participate in their learning process.
Speaking English with Ace and Christi
This program is designed for school-aged children learning English as a second
language. Sixty lessons teach conversational English and prepare students for ABCs with
Ace and Christi.
English As Your Second Language
This DVD-based program is geared for adult thinking at an adult maturity level. Study
guides lead students though a 6- to 12-month sequence of short lessons leading to
intermediate level proficiency.
Videophonics®
Videophonics® combines phonics with DVD technology in a colorful program designed
for teenagers and adults. Exercises incorporate action videos and color art to develop
writing and reading skills.
